«A» class «Citydel» business center has received 2017 BREEAM In-Use Certificate with «Good» Rating
«A» class «Citydel» business center has received 2017 BREEAM In-Use Certificate with «Good» Rating in «Asset» and «Building Management» categories.
BREEAM In-Use Certificate and rating acknowledge the fact that the building is being operated with minimal negative environmental impact (eco-efficiency) and indicate a high level of comfort for tenants, accommodated in the business center.
Certification consultant is represented by Jones Lang LaSalle company.
Despite the complicated situation on the commercial real estate market, the management company of «Citydel» business center continues to improve their building which, undoubtedly, is going to result in the increase of their current tenants’ loyalty and in the enhancement of its appeal in the eyes of their potential tenants.
