«Herbalife» company has become a new tenant in «Citydel» business center
Herbalife company, which is one of the world’s leaders in balanced nutrition manufacturing, has signed a lease agreement in «Citydel» business center, which is integrally managed by Prime Property Management company. Herbalife office will be allocated on two floors in «Citydel» business center, occupying an area of 2 000 square meters.
The consultant of the deal is represented by «Cushman&Wakefield» company. The move-in of a new tenant is planned for September 2017.
«Herbalife Company’s business has grown considerably in Russia and CIS for the last decade. The successful development of our company has resulted in the necessity to move to a big and comfortable office, — says Karina Sherbakova, Senior Finance and Operations Director at Herbalife. — For several years we’ve been searching for the premises for our new office and, since that time we’ve examined dozens of options. Office premises are located from the 3rd to the 12th floor. «A» class business center is situated on the first line of the Garden Ring in the central business district of Moscow. Its address is Zemlyanoy Val, 9 (the center of Moscow). Headquarters of large Russian and foreign companies are allocated in «Citydel» business center.
